Vanguard Racks is two people. We are not hiring yet, and we would rather say that plainly than run a permanent 'join us' page with no roles behind it.
Roles we expect to open
- Support engineer — the first hire, once ticket volume justifies a third person on rotation
- Datacenter technician — hands-on rack, cabling, and hardware replacement work in Kansas
If you do this work and want to be on the list when that changes, send us a note. We keep them and we read them.
How we would work with you
- Two owners, no management layer, and no on-call rota you did not agree to
- Kansas-based for anything hands-on; remote considered for support work
- You would be the third person, which means real ownership of a surface
- We will tell you honestly what a company this size can and cannot pay
