Setup guides and troubleshooting.
Written in plain language, step by step. If a guide does not cover your situation, open a ticket and we will write one that does.
Getting Started
How to log in to your client portal
Go to the sign-in page, type your email and password, then press the sign-in button. If you forget your password, use the reset link so the system can help you make a new one safely.
- Open the client portal page.
- Type the same email you used when you made your account.
- Type your password slowly so every letter is correct.
- Press the sign-in button and wait for the dashboard to load.
- If you get stuck, use the password reset link instead of guessing over and over.
Getting Started
How to create your first customer account
Making an account is how you get your own dashboard, invoices, and support tickets. You only need your email, a safe password, and a little patience while the page finishes loading.
- Open the portal page and press the Create Account tab.
- Type your full name so support knows who owns the account.
- Type your email carefully because it becomes your login name.
- Make a strong password that is hard for other people to guess.
- Press Create Account and wait for the system to confirm the request.
- If email confirmation is turned on later, open your email and press the verification link.
Game Hosting
How to restart a game server safely
A restart turns your server off and back on. It helps after updates, but you should warn players first so nobody loses progress.
- Tell your players the server will restart soon.
- Wait a short moment so they can stop what they are doing.
- Open the game panel from the link in your welcome email. Game restarts live in the game panel, not in the client portal.
- Press the restart button once.
- Wait until the status says the server is online again before joining.
Game Hosting
How to join your game server for the first time
Your welcome message should tell you the server address, the game version, and any password or whitelist rules. Joining is easier when you check each one in order instead of guessing.
- Open the game you are trying to join.
- Make sure you are using the correct version of the game if the plan requires one.
- Open the multiplayer or server list screen.
- Add the server address exactly as it was provided in the dashboard or welcome email.
- Press join and wait for the server to answer.
- If it says you are not allowed in, check for a whitelist, password, or missing mod requirement.
Billing
How invoices work
An invoice is a bill that shows what you bought, how much it costs, and when payment is due. You can read invoices in the billing area of the dashboard.
- Open the dashboard and go to invoices.
- Find the newest invoice at the top of the list.
- Open it to see the amount, due date, and service name.
- Use the payment button if payment is still needed.
- If something looks wrong, open a support ticket and include the invoice number.
Billing
How subscriptions and renewals work
A subscription means the service renews on a schedule, like every month. Renewals help your service stay active, but you still want to check billing dates so nothing surprises you.
- Open the billing area and look for the renewal date on your service.
- Check which payment method is attached to the account.
- Read whether the plan renews monthly, yearly, or on another schedule.
- If you want to change the plan later, look for upgrade or support options.
- If the payment method fails, update it quickly so the service does not become overdue.
Troubleshooting
What to do if your service looks offline
If a service looks offline, check the status page, then your dashboard, and only then restart or ask for help. This keeps you from making the problem bigger by accident.
- Look at the status page first to see if there is a wider incident.
- Open your dashboard and check the service state.
- If the service has a restart control, use it one time.
- Wait a little and refresh the page.
- If it still does not work, open a ticket and explain what happened.
Troubleshooting
What to do if your portal password does not work
Password problems are usually caused by a typo, the wrong email, or a password that was changed earlier. Fixing it is easier when you stop guessing and go step by step.
- Check that you are typing the same email address you used when you signed up.
- Type your password slowly so you can catch capital letters and symbols.
- Make sure Caps Lock is not turned on by accident.
- If it still fails, use the password reset link instead of trying too many times.
- If reset mail never arrives, open a support ticket from the contact page and mention the account email.
Web and Database Hosting
How to prepare a website move to a new host
Moving a website is easier when you gather everything before the move starts. Think of it like packing a box before changing rooms.
- Write down your current host, domain provider, and website login details.
- Download a backup of the website files if you can.
- Export the database if the site uses one.
- List any email accounts, plugins, themes, or SSL settings the site needs.
- Share the website address and the backup details with support so they know what to move.
- Wait to change DNS until the new environment is confirmed ready.
Support
How to write a helpful support ticket
A good ticket helps support fix the problem faster. The more clear your message is, the less time gets spent guessing.
- Write a short subject that says what is wrong.
- Explain what you were trying to do before the problem happened.
- Say what service or plan is affected.
- Include any error message exactly as you saw it.
- Say whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes.
- If the issue is urgent, say why it is urgent so support can prioritize correctly.
