Privacy Policy
What personal data we hold, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it.
Card details are handled by Stripe and tokenised. We never store card numbers on our systems and cannot see them. Invoice records retain only the last four digits and the card brand.
Account and billing records are retained while the account is open and for the period required for tax and accounting purposes afterwards. Technical logs are retained on a rolling window. Backups of terminated services are destroyed after the stated grace period.
Applicable rights vary by jurisdiction. U.S. state privacy rights and, for customers in scope, GDPR rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability are honoured through the data-export and deletion tools in the client portal or by contacting us directly.
