VPS plans carry an unconditional 72-hour money-back guarantee from first provisioning. Ask within three days and you get a full refund without having to justify it. The guarantee applies once per customer per product line.

The 72-hour guarantee, what it covers, and how pro-rating works on changes.
Dedicated machines, colocation, custom builds, one-time setup services, and add-ons purchased separately are not covered, because they commit real hardware or hands-on time. Services terminated for Acceptable Use Policy breach are not refundable.
Mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated against the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and are not refunded for the current period. Add-ons attach and detach with pro-rated billing.
SLA credits are issued as account credit against future invoices rather than as cash refunds. See the Service Level Agreement for the schedule.
